FIRECRACKERS & PYROTECHNICS IN HINIGARAN

The famous firecrackers and pyrotechnics of Hinigaran town are again in demand as the New Year’s Eve approaches.

Early this afternoon of Christmas Day, firefighters and policemen conducted another safety inspection of the kiosks selling these along the national highway in Hinigaran, with a fire truck on standby.* (Photos by Arman P. Toga)
