NOHCI WELCOMES NEW MEMBERS

A sumptuous Ilustrado Christmas Party lunch and the last official meeting for 2022 of the Negros Occidental Historical Council, Inc. (NOHCI) at the glorious Gaston Ancestral Mansion in the middle of Hacienda Sta. Rosalia. Manapla on this morning, December 10. Chaired by Solomon Locsin, the party and meeting was hosted by Monsignor Guillermo Ma. Gaston.
