Teatro Laragway wins 1st Prov’l SayAwit Para sa Kalikasan

Teatro Laragway, the theater company of E. B. Magalona National High School, was declared champion in the 1st Provincial SayAwit Para sa Kalikasan held at the Negros Residences in Bacolod City, Tuesday, Nov. 22.
Teatro Laragway represented the Municipality of E. B. Magalona.

The group is set to receive P10,000 in cash prize for besting five other groups that represented their respective LGUs in the province-wide competition.

The competition was part of the ongoing celebration of the 18th Provincial Wildlife Month.

The group was trained by EBMNHS teacher Raffy Berina, with the assistance of Teatro Laragway alumni.
In 2019, Teatro Laragway, trained and choreographed by Berina, was also the champion in the Cultural Presentation of the 15th Provincial Wildlife Month.* (E. B. Magalona PIO)
