Kabankalan Mayor Miranda holds SOCA

Kabankalan Mayor Benjie Miranda will hold his State of the City Address tomorrow morning, Tuesday at the K-Center in the city.

Miranda, the 18th mayor of Kabankalan, will also present his accomplishments in his first 100 days, and his People’s Development Agenda for the city.

The SOCA will start at 9:30 a.m. with the entrance of colors and heads and officials of national government offices based in the city, Sangguniang Panlungsod officials led by Vice Mayor Miguel Zayco, civil society and church leaders, DepEd officials and city department heads, Congresswoman Mercedes Alvarez-Lansang, and Mayor Miranda.

Prayer, Pambansang Awit, and Kabankalan Hymn to follow. Rationale: SOCA and Its Importance to Local Governance will then be presented by CLGOO Ma. Catherine Baltazar, followed by a cultural number.

A video presentation on F.I.R.S.T. H.E.L.P. D.E.S.K. – The Development Agenda will be presented, and will be followed by a Message of Unity and Cooperation by Mayor Miranda, to be followed by the Signing of Commitment to Unity and Progress, and Response. A cultural number will cap the SOCA.
