Panaad booths of various cities and towns to open for 1 week during Bacolod MassKara Festival

Booths of the 31 cities and towns in Negros Occidental at the Panaad Park and Stadium in Bacolod will open for one week in October as part of the celebration of the capital city’s Masskara Festival.

Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz said that Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson has approved the MassKara sa Panaad activity which will be held from October 10 to 16, 2022.

The participation of the local government units in the highly-anticipated return of Bacolod MassKara Festival is also being discussed with the members of the Association of Chief Executives (ACE) led by Victorias City Mayor Javi Benitez.

A meeting was held last week, attended by Bacolod Mayor Albee Benitez, Negros ACE president Victorias Mayor Javier Miguel Benitez, Atty. Diaz with Yuhum Bacolod Inc. led by Atty. Pinky Mirano-Ocampo, MassKara Festival director, to discuss the collaboration of the provincial government of Negros Occidental and the Bacolod government.* (EYA)
