SPAG WIRES

THESE “SPAGHETTI” WIRES IN many parts of downtown Bacolod are not only eye sores. Some of these “spag wires” are often rammed by cargo trucks because they dangle below the allowable height. Bacolod City government officials and representatives of electric, telecommunications and cable companies already met to discuss this.* (NDB photos)
