NGCP SETS POWER INTERRUPTION ON JULY 16

The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) will shut down its Bacolod-Alijis 69kV line affecting CENECO Alijis and Murcia Substations on July 16, Saturday.

CENECO shall take advantage of this downtime to conduct simultaneous maintenance activities.

Details of this outage are as follows:

Date: July 16, 2022 – Saturday

Reasons:
• NGCP will conduct:
1. PMS and correction of defects for 5LI1BCL-ALJ associated high voltage equipment including protection and secondary devices and integrity testing of fault clearance system.
• CENECO will conduct:
1) Preventive Maintenance of Alijis Substation and Murcia Substation affected by the above stated power interruption; and
2) Line clearing activities.

Time: 8am to 5pm
