CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTIONS ON JULY 9 AND 10

Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on July 9 (Saturday) and 10 (Sunday). This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of these outages are as follows:

Date: July 9, 2022 – Saturday
Time: 7am to 2pm
Reasons:
• Replacement of rotten primary wood pole;
• Replacement of three current transformers and three potential transformers; and
• Replacement of kWh meter of Gaisano Bacolod.

Areas Affected: RF2 (lateral portion only) Corner Gatuslao-Ballesteros Sts., Downtown, Bacolod City

Reasons:
• Transfer of Mt. View Substation source from Bacolod-Silay 69kV line to the new Bacolod-Bata 69kV line;
• Transfer of Burgos Substation source from Bacolod-Silay 69kV line to the new Bacolod-Bata 69kV line; and
• Line clearing activities.
