MEGAWORLD UPPER EAST TOWNSHIP IN BACOLOD
Property giant Megaworld has started the construction of its first BPO office tower, the four-storey No. 1 Upper East Avenue, which offers 8,800 square meters of gross leasable space, inside the 34-hectare The Upper East township in Bacolod City.
Completion of the tower, which will be LEED-registered, is scheduled on the last quarter of 2023.
