CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTION ON MAY 15
Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on May 15 (Sunday). This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:
Date: May 15, 2022 – Sunday
Reasons:
• Erection of one 35ft. concrete pole and extension of 1-span 1-phase primary line;
• Installation of one 50-kVA private transformer together with its accessories and stringing of service wires; and,
• Tree clearing activities.
Time: 9am to 1pm
Areas Affected: Burgos Feeder 2
BF2 (portion only) From Uno de Mayo Street to African Tulip Street, St. Rose of Lima, Greensville 2, Brgy. Villamonte, Bacolod City.
Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
