Removal of campaign materials on electric poles goes on: Ceneco
Since April 30, the Central Negros Electric Cooperative (CENECO) dispatched a team to remove political campaign materials, such as posters and tarpaulins, posted on its electric poles.
“This is to avoid obstruction in our emergency maintenance response and for public welfare,” it said in ad advisory
“Further, as the national election is nearing, the public, candidates, and their supporters are continuously reminded that, placing of any campaign material on CENECO electric poles is PROHIBITED. Please be guided accordingly,” it added.*
