Atty. Alex Lacson supporters bare Negrense senatorial candidate’s personal campaign drive in Negros

Supporters of Atty. Alex Lacson, the only Negrense and Visayan senatorial candidate running under VP Leni Robredo and Senator Kiko Pangilinan, will be holding his personal campaign sorties in Negros Island starting today April 3 until April 7.

Lacson will be arriving in Dumaguete City today to jumpstart his campaign activities in the province of Negros Oriental.

He is scheduled to pay courtesy visits to Congresswoman Josy Limkaichong, Vice Governor Mark Cagas, and Mayor Felipe Remullo, an advisory from his supporters indicated.

The Negrosanon candidate for the Senate will also meet with leaders and volunteers of the Tropang Leni-Kiko from Dumaguete and other municipalities in Negros Oriental, where he will also hold a press conference to explain his vision, platform and plans for the province.
Negros Occidental

Tomorrow, Monday, April 4, Atty. Lacson will hold his campaign activities in Districts 4 and 5 of Negros Occidental.

On April 5, he will be in San Carlos City, Sagay City, Victorias City and Murcia.

On April 6, he will be at District 6 starting in Kabankalan, his hometown.

On April 7, Lacson will be in Bacolod City where he will be meeting various sectoral groups and the leaders and members of the Leni-Kiko volunteer groups in Bacolod.

In the evening, Atty. Lacson will be among speakers at the Negros Press Club (NPC) 86th induction ceremonies at Acacia Hotel, his Negros-based supporters also indicated in the Schedule of Activities of senatorial candidate.

Kabankalanon

Lacson was born in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental. He studied his elementary and high school education in Kabankalan. He finished his law degree from the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

Alex Lacson is best known for the books he has written for the country. In his books, he offers solutions on our country’s many problems, and radical reforms in government, political and economic systems.

In 2010, the late President Noynoy Aquino also invited him to run for the Senate because of the massive success of his first book for the country. His latest book, Five Hundred Years Without Love, is a modern version of Jose Rizal’s Noli Me Tangere.*
