Some areas in Bacolod City were flooded due to heavy rains early this morning. These photos by ANDREW ALTAREJOS show the flooding that occured at around 2 a.m. today (March 10, 2022) affecting several residences at Gonzaga Subdivision in Barangay Villamonte, in the city.*
