SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 445 km East of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte (9.1°N, 129.5°E).

FORECAST: Western Visayas including Negros Occidental and Bacolod City will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorm. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the East to Northeast will prevail over Negros Island and the coastal water of this area will be moderate to rough with estimated wave height at 1.2 to 3.1 meters.
