Media practitioners can avail of booster dose at press club this afternoon

The Negros Press Club is calling on its members and other media practitioners who want to avail of a COVID-19 booster shot to proceed to the NPC office this afternoon starting 2 p.m.

According to NPC President Yves Montecillo, the club has partnered with the City of Bacolod in organizing the mobile vaccination for radio, TV, print and online journalists based in the city.

“As front-liners in delivering news and information on the COVID-19 pandemic, we believe that protecting ourselves against the virus is of utmost importance to be able to fulfill our duties and responsibilities to the community and to our families and loved ones,” Montecillo said.*
