SIPALAY ON CHRISTMAS DAY 2021

After more than a week of Typhoon Odette’s rampage, the situation remains the same, with scenes like these that show the massive destruction caused by flashfloods and violent winds in some barangays in the tourism City of Sipalay. There are barangay roads still impassable due to downed electric poles and coconut trees, making it difficult to deliver relief goods to people in the mountain communities badly-hit by Odette.
