FORECAST: Western Visayas including Negros Occidental and Bacolod City will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast to North will prevail over Negros Island and the coastal waters are moderate to rough with an average height of 1.2 to 4.0m.
