SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan and Mindanao.
FORECAST: Western Visayas including Negros Occidental and Bacolod City will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms / ITCZ. Light to moderate winds coming from the Northeast to east will prevail over Negros Island and the coastal waters are slight to moderate with an average height of 0.6 to 2.5m.
