CENECO SETS POWER INTERRUPTION ON NOVEMBER 6

Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on November 6, Saturday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follows:

Date: November 6, 2021 – Saturday

Reasons:
• Mid-span erection of one 40ft. concrete pole and installation of its primary line assembly and accessories;
• Installation of two 25kVA private owned distribution transformer together with its accessories and to be close bank with existing one 25kVA transformer and stringing of service wires; and,
• Tree clearing activities.

Time: 9am to 11am

Areas Affected: Alijis Feeder 6 (AF6)

AF6 Mabini St. (from Libertad to San Sebastian St., including portion of Rosario St.), Bacolod City National High School, City Heights, BAC-UP 6, Espinos Village, Victorina Heights, Puentebella Subd., Rosario Heights, BM ACMA, Bakyas, JJ Gonzaga, Purity Home Owner’s Asso., CERES Motorpool, P & NB Subd., portion of Mansilingan, Brgy. Vista Alegre and BACIWA Vista Alegre Pumping Station, from Alijis Substation to May Quiachon, Garces Subd., dead end of primary line at Taculing Elementary School, Prk. Kabulakan.

Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
