In observance of All Saints’ Day on November 1 and Negros Day on November 5, please be advised that the CENECO Mabini main office and area offices in Bago, Murcia, Talisay and Silay, and Robinsons collection center will be CLOSED.

However, our accredited ALVIO collection centers and SaveMore payment centers will be open to cater paying consumers.

Our Emergency Services and Helplines units are also open 24/7 to accommodate power-related concerns.
