Temporary closure of Cauayan public & private memorial parks, cemeteries, columbaries from Oct. 31 to Nov. 2

Mayor John Rey D. Tabujara signed today Executive Order No. 34 series of 2021, adopting Executive Order No. 21-47, series of 2021 of the Province of Negros Occidental relative to the Temporary Closure of all Public and Private Memorial Parks, Cemeteries, and Columbaries from October 31 – November 2, 2021 in the Municipality of Cauayan.

All COVID burials (suspect, probable, and confirmed cases) are exempted from this Order. Burials along this premise shall proceed based on existing protocols with the limited attendance of the immediate family only.

Regular burials shall be scheduled before 12:01 am of October 30, 2021 or after 11:59 pm of November 2, 2021.

No regular burials shall be allowed during the temporary closure period as stated herein.*
