GIVING TO THE POOR

There are individuals and groups who take turns in giving foodstuffs and other necessities to poor individuals who happen to be at the Bacolod Public Plaza. Mostly benefited are manicurists, vendors, carwash and watch-your-car boys, street cleaners and even traffic enforcers, like this one in-between intermittent rains. The little support is always appreciated. Hoping for others to emulate the act not only at downtown area but also in the barangays and puroks.* (Arman P. Toga photos)
