FORECAST: Western Visayas including Negros Occidental and Bacolod City will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to TD / Trough of TD. Light to moderate winds coming from the Southwest to West will prevail over Negros Island and the coastal waters are slight to moderate with an average height of 0.6 to 2.5m.
