CENECO Sets Power Interruption on August 20
Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. informs its consumers that maintenance activities will be conducted on August 20, Friday. This is to ensure stability of distribution lines to avoid further serious damages that will result to major interruptions. Details of this outage are as follow:
Date: August 20, 2021 – Friday
Reasons:
•Replacement of two 35ft. rotten primary poles, transfer of primary and secondary assembles for safety;
•Replacement of four 30ft. open secondary rotten wood poles for safety;
•Tree clearing activities
Time: 9am to 2pm
Areas Affected: Alijis Feeder 2 (AF2) – portion only
Liroville Subd. and Golden River Subd., Brgy. Taculing, Bacolod City
Electricity consumers are further advised that, in the event of any power interruption, electrical switch/es should be turned-off for safety reasons. When electricity supply resumes, please provide allowance of about 10-15 minutes before switching on all electrical appliances and facilities to avoid power surge.
