PAINTING THE PARK

Local Artists of Kabankalan led by Bea Zayco Lacson in a painting event at the Children’s Park of Kabankalan Public plaza.

The painting conducted in four consecutive weekends with Job Pelayo, Reyna Tiano, Love Joy Gaborro, Isay Recto , Cheryl Briones, Dexter Prajes and Heart Galo.

 

It depicts children playing patintero or tubiganay, luksong tinik, lagsanay, piko and sungka.

The event is part of raising the art culture in the premier City of Southern Negros Occidental.

Mayor Pedro P. Zayco, Jr together with Vice Mayor Raul Rivera, SPM Jerzy Guanzon (Chairperson, Committee on Tourism), Board Member Jeffrey Tubola, Commissioner Jeorge Largado and SK President Jeorgelyn Largado supported the said endeavor.*
