SYNOPSIS: As of 4:00 PM today, the Southwest Monsoon is affecting the western section of Northern Luzon.

FORECAST: Western Visayas including Negros Occidental and Bacolod City will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds coming from the Northeast to Southwest will prevail over Negros Island and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate with an average wave height of 0.6 to 2.5 m.
