FORECAST: Western Visayas including Negros Occidental and Bacolod City will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon/Localized Thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Southwest will prevail over Negros Island and the coastal waters will be moderate to strong with an average wave height of 1.2 to 2.8 meters.
