New deaths recorded due to Covid totalled 72, bringing the total death toll to 27,318 as of today.
The Department of Health (DOH) revealed that 13 laboratories failed to submit data to the COVID-19 Document Repository System on time.
The country’s active cases also went up to 56,477, of which 93.8% are mild, 1.3% are asymptomatic, 2.3% are severe, and 1.1% are in critical condition.
Total recoveries climbed to 1,478,625 following the recovery of 5,672 more patients.*
