Negros Occidental Medical Society Has New President and Officers

Ophthalmologist Dr. Miguel Sarabia, Diplomate – Philippine Board of Ophthalmology, is the new president of the Negros Occidental Medical Society (NOMS).

Sarabia is also the current President of the International Society of Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgeons (ISMSICS) – Philippines.

He is Past Western Visayas Vice President of the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology (1997), Past President of Rotary Club of Bacolod East (2009), Past President of the Rotary Council of Presidents – Negros Occidental (2009).

Dr. Sarabia is Past Chairman, Lions Sight First Foundation (1999),

President – Bacolod Maxiscooter Club, Chairman – Department of Ophthalmology Queen of Mercy Hospital, Teaching Consultant – Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital (CLMMRH).*
