HALF-MAST FOR FRONTLINERS. Even on a Saturday, the flag at the Himamaylan City Hall is on half mast on order of Mayor Raymund Tongson, to honor the frontliners who continue to risk their lives to spare the greater majority from Coronavirus Disease 2019. All other local government units are also mandated to do the same, while authorities continue to urge everyone to strictly observe health protocols at all times as more individuals are found positive of the infection.*
