SEC-Bacolod Bares New Operating Hours

August 20, 2020

The Securities and Exchange Commission-Bacolod Extension Office would like to inform the public and its clients that it will adopt a new temporary office schedule which is from 9:00am-3:00pm, from Monday to Thursday. Friday is exclusively dedicated for office disinfection and drop boxes are provided outside the office for submission of reports.

The shortened office hours adopted by the office is taken due to the rising cases of local transmission in Bacolod City and neighboring LGUs. SEC staff are working on a weekly alternate schedule of reporting to the office and work from home scheme.

Meanwhile SEC- Bacolod Extension office would like to serve the public and its clients or other government agencies with dispatch, while also observing less paper use and minimize exposure by travelling.
Thus, clients are urged to send their requests for review, certifications, certified true copies or plain copies of documents, and all other queries first through email at secbacolod2018@gmail.com or sec.bcdextension@gmail.com or call the SEC hotline at 09274057973/ 09616035772/ 09988412004/ 445-5714/and 445-5713, observing office hours.

For online requests on certified true copies or plain copies clients are urged to email a scanned and signed FOI form with valid ID of the authorized representative who will claim the requested document. FOI form can be requested online with SEC.

For clients who need to obtain the affidavits of correction and accuracy needed in the Company Registration System, they may request for the soft copy of the affidavits via email. Moreover, for clients who will request for review of their documents in CRS, IRS, and for amendments of the articles of incorporation, it is encouraged to have their documents scanned and attached in their email requests.
