Bacolod Patient No. 28

– Male, 23 years old
– Seafarer
– With port of exit in Brazil on April 11, 2020.
– He was admitted for 19 days in a hospital in Brazil for Covid-19.
– He was discharged with improved condition and a negative result on April 11, 2020
– He flew via chartered flight to Manila on same day.
– He was on quarantine in a Manila hotel until June 10, 2020.
– Repeat RT-PCR done a week prior to his voyage to Bacolod revealed negative result.
– Another test was conducted soon after he came home to Bacolod which revealed he is positive for the virus.
– His condition has improved since then and there was no recurrence of symptoms.
– He remains to be in quarantine in Bacolod City QF.*
