A report of PDEA-Western Visayas Special Enforcement Unit identified the suspects as Jocelyn Valencia, Ronnie Taha, Felix Mahinay Jr., Randy Banihit, Joel Salazar, Kris Martin Duff, and Gene Michael Dairo.

As of today, the suspects are still detained at Bacolod Police Station 8.

During the operation in Purok Kaingin at 4:20 p.m., the agents launched a buy-bust, which led to the recovery of about 13 grams of suspected shabu.

The suspects will be charged with violation of Section 5 (sale of dangerous drugs), Section 6 (maintenance of a drug den), Section 7 (visitors of a drug den) and Section 11 (possession of dangerous drugs) of Article II of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Last Tuesday afternoon, the same team also arrested three drug personalities– Thelma Tabudlong, Jenny Cris Rofelos, and Eduardo Tabudlong Jr.—in a sting operation in Barangay 12 here.

The suspects yielded some seven grams of shabu.

They will be charged with violation of Section 5, Section 11 and Section 26 (attempt or conspiracy) of R.A. 9165.
