Governor Lacson Signs E.O. 20-25
Gov. Bong Lacson signed at 7:10 this evening Execurive Order 20-25, Series of 2020, placing the entire province of Neg. Occ. under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) starting June 1, 2020.
The salient points of the EO are:
– All persons are now allowed to go outside their residences. However, establishments shall be allowed to operate at a maximum of 50% of their venue capacity.
– Borders of Neg. Occ. and Neg. Oriental shall remain closed.
– Seaports and Airports shall allow the entry of returning OFWs , Locally Stranded Individuals ( LSIs), returning Negrenses, essential workers of establishments.
– Physical distancing and use of face mask shall remain mandatory.* (Provincial Government of Negros Occidental FBP)
