Regional Top 7 Most Wanted Person Falls
Police authorities arrested the Regional Top 7 Most Wanted Person during a manhunt operation conducted at around 12:25 PM on July 3, 2026, in Barangay Delicioso, Ilog, Negros Occidental.
The arrested individual, identified only by the alias “Gem,” is a 22-year-old farmer and a resident of Barangay Bantayan, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
The operation was carried out by personnel of the Ilog Municipal Police Station under the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (NOcPPO) by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder, with no bail recommended.
Based on the investigation, the accused and his three co-accused allegedly stabbed two brothers following an altercation outside a neighborhood store. The incident reportedly began after the victims’ mother informed the group that she was already closing her store where they had been drinking. One of the victims, awakened by the commotion, confronted the group and was allegedly attacked. When his brother attempted to intervene, both were reportedly stabbed by the accused and his companions.
