Chicken InasalFest ’26 Set to Launch at SM City Bacolod This Morning

This year’s Bacolod Chicken Inasal Festival is set to bring the heat at SM City Bacolod, with Manokan Country taking center stage as one of the festival’s main hubs for nightly entertainment, grill cook-offs, workshops, celebrity mall shows, and the annual Bacolod Chicken Inasal Awards. City officials led by Mayor Greg Gasataya are also expected to spearhead the festival launch at the iconic food destination, adding to what’s shaping up to be one of the city’s biggest celebrations of food, culture, and community.*
