PSA Launches Premium Annotation for Civil Registry Documents in Negros Occ

Dalaguit.*

The Negros Occidental Provincial Statistical Office (PSO) of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has officially launched its Premium Annotation for Civil Registry Documents Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

This initiative marks a new milestone for the Negros Occidental PSO, representing a significant leap towards digital transformation and allowing Negrenses to enjoy a streamlined and more secure method for updating their Civil Registry Documents, a statement from PSA-NIR said.

With this initiative in place, citizens now have a quicker option for annotating documents – what used to take months to process can now be completed within a few days, should there be no complications. Aside from this, the Premium Annotation uses a digital system utilizing data protection protocols, ensuring that the integrity of the applicant’s information is well protected and kept confidential, it added.

The Premium Annotation Service is available starting Jan. 27 at the Bacolod City CRS Serbilis Outlet. While standard filing options remain in place, the Premium Annotation Service provides an opportunity for urgent legal updates.
